oh oh we are in trouble

three months old, one month late

While in Canada Finnie turned 3 months old. I didn't have a chance until now to edit and upload his pictures.

A little late but still very yummy... so enjoy!

He can roll over, but is pretty lazy about it (just like his big brother)

He "talks" now

He found his hands and loves putting them in his mouth

He thinks his big brother is the coolest thing that is happening in his universe right now

He tries to sit and is in general a very strong baby

He is wearing now 6-9 months clothing!!!

He started a few nights ago on some baby cereal... so far so good.

Is in general a pretty happy baby and only cries when he is hungry or tired... and this guy is hungry A LOT haha

Hello My Name is...

NOT REX! Hahaha Scot's number one name for out little guy was Rex. He was friends with a Rex and thought it would be a great name... well when I hear Rex I think of "Kommissar Rex". For all you non-Germans this is Kommissar Rex.

And of course I think of this guy

which has become a nickname for our little guy... t-rex! haha I love it and the way he kicks me super fitting!

On our way down from Canada last month I was upset that we still didn't have a name picked out. Scot and I promised each other that we won't get out of the car until we find a name...

So, we brainstormed... went through all of our top names, names from favorite movies, bands, etc.

and...

Finn Kelly McGill

won!

The meaning of the name Finn is fair or a fair haired hero and the origin is Irish.

Kelly is a family name on Scot's family side. He, his siblings, his Dad, his grandpa are all Kelly's.

And the meaning of Kelly is Bright-headed.

Now I can't wait to meet our little Finn!
