The little things that matter

Not sure if you remember or if I even blogged about it, but at the beginning of the school year Jakey had a really hard time going to school. He would cry, get sick, kick and was just upset about going to school. Once there he was fine and I know he had a great day, but saying good bye to us was just to hard for him.
I decided I wanted him to look forward to something while he is in preschool and know that I miss him too.
So I started making him these special little snacks. Jelly sandwich cut with a cookie cutter and a little note. The note usually just says "Heart Mommy" or I scribble a silly face on it.



It doesn't take long to do and he knows that I am thinking of him while he is in school.
