early morning photoshoot

I did this morning something what I usually don't do... a photo shoot with my son!

He hates me taking his picture! He screams, he acts up, he throws fits, makes faces, etc... Today, I bribed him with a new toy! And it worked!

We got up early and drove to a location I have been wanting to try out. Wildflowers everywhere and the light is just right.

I don't have much time right now to go through all of them, but here is a little sneak preview





And here is his new toy: new "minoculars"




and one more thing:

this morning Jakey woke up, looked at me and said "You are my best friend!" Awwwwww
